White brown rope
白棕绳是线路施工常用的工具，使用时应根据制造厂产品数据进行试验，一般白棕绳的单位允许拉力为10N／mm2，潮湿状态下使用时应减少50％。
White brown rope is a common tool used in line construction. When it is used, it shall be tested according to the product data of the manufacturer. Generally, the unit allowable tension of white brown rope is 10N / mm2, which shall be reduced by 50% when it is used in wet state.
由于绳索通过滑轮会产生附加的弯曲、挤压和扭转等作用，要精确地计算其综合应力是有困难的，工作实践中一般都是采用加大安全系数来计算，另外消除滑轮附加作用的影响，规定滑轮直径应大于绳索直径的10倍。
Because the rope will produce additional bending, extrusion, torsion and other effects through the pulley, it is difficult to accurately calculate its comprehensive stress. In practice, it is generally calculated by increasing the safety factor. In addition, the influence of the additional effect of the pulley is eliminated, and the pulley diameter is specified to be 10 times larger than the rope diameter.

K —安全系数（通过滑轮组起立电杆或作为紧线牵引时取5.5；起立电杆吊点固定时取6；起立电杆根部制动用取5.5；临时固定拉线时取4）。
K - safety factor (5.5 for lifting pole through pulley block or as tight line traction; 6 for fixing lifting point of lifting pole; 5.5 for braking at the root of lifting pole; 4 for temporary fixing stay wire).
