Application of hemp rope
精细的亚麻、罗布麻因为柔软成为许多牛仔品牌、休闲、家居品牌的流行辅料产品。而黄麻、槿麻因为具有耐磨损、耐腐蚀、耐雨淋、使用方便等优点，广泛应用于包装、捆扎、绑系、园艺、大棚、牧场、盆景、商场超市等。中麻、亚麻则应用于子母带、嵌条、扁带、圆绳、空心绳、丈根绳、扁绳等。

使用的注意事项
Precautions for use
（1）麻绳只适用于设置吊装工具及轻便工件的移动和起吊，或吊装工件的手拉溜绳，在机械驱动的起重机具中不得使用。
(1) Hemp rope is only suitable for the movement and lifting of lifting tools and lightweight workpieces, or for the manual sliding rope used for lifting workpieces. It is not allowed to be used in mechanically driven lifting equipment.
（2）麻绳不得向一个方向连续扭转，以免松散或扭劲。发现上述现象时，应及时消除。
(2) The hemp rope should not be continuously twisted in one direction to avoid loosening or twisting. When the above phenomena are found, they should be promptly eliminated.
（3）麻绳使用中，严禁与锐利的物体直接接触，如无法避免时应垫以保护物。
(3) During the use of hemp rope, direct contact with sharp objects is strictly prohibited. If unavoidable, protective materials should be padded.
（4）麻绳在当做跑绳使用时，安全系数不得小于10；当做绳扣使用时，安全系数不得小于12。
(4) When using hemp rope as a running rope, the safety factor should not be less than 10; When used as a rope buckle, the safety factor should not be less than 12.
（5）麻绳不得与酸、碱等腐蚀性介质接触。
(5) The hemp rope must not come into contact with corrosive media such as acid and alkali.
（6）麻绳应存放在通风干燥的地方，不得受热受潮。
(6) Hemp ropes should be stored in a well ventilated and dry place, and should not be affected by heat or moisture.
（7）麻绳使用前应认真检查，当表面均匀磨损不超过直径的30%，局部触伤不超过同断面直径的10%时，可按直径缩减程度折合降低锈钢铸件 保定建筑设计 螺杆式启闭机 保定搬家 电缆挂钩 保定室内设计培训 冲压机使用。如局部触伤和局部腐蚀严重的，可截去受损部分插接使用。
(7) Before using hemp rope, it should be carefully inspected. When the surface is evenly worn and does not exceed 30% of the diameter, and local contact damage does not exceed 10% of the diameter of the same section, it can be reduced according to the degree of diameter reduction. If there is severe local contact injury and corrosion, the damaged part can be cut off and inserted for use.
（8）麻绳使用于滑车组时，滑轮的直径应大于麻绳直径的10倍，其绳槽半径应大于麻绳半径的1/4。
(8) When using hemp rope in pulley blocks, the diameter of the pulley should be greater than 10 times the diameter of the hemp rope, and the radius of the rope groove should be greater than 1/4 of the radius of the hemp rope.
