以黄麻、剑麻为 的天然纤维芯,凭借其 度、高韧性及成本优势,广泛应用于中大型钢丝绳生产。南通灵达通过自主研发的捻制工艺,将黄麻纤维的纱支精度提升至2.40支至1.08支区间,确保绳芯直径均匀度误差控制在±0.05mm以内。剑麻芯则专为直径20mm以上重载钢丝绳设计,其单纱捻度达14捻/10公分, 增强抗挤压能力。
Natural fiber cores made of jute and sisal are widely used in the production of medium and large steel wire ropes due to their strength, high toughness, and cost advantages. Nantong Lingda has improved the yarn count accuracy of jute fiber to the range of 2.40 to 1.08 through its independently developed twisting process, ensuring that the diameter uniformity error of the rope core is controlled within ± 0.05mm. The sisal core is specifically designed for heavy-duty steel wire ropes with a diameter of 20mm or more, with a single yarn twist of 14 twists/10cm, enhancing its resistance to compression.
